Had a very custom issue as had a lock located on a storage container unit underneath a cover plate preventing easy access to lock. I contact B&B and the technician assured me there was a solution we could find. Upon arrival Manny looked at the issue and began to think if there was anything he could do for this one of a kind problem. Despite not being easy, manny found a solution and watching him work on this was truly watching a master at their craft. Throughout the whole process, he kept a can for attitude and was amazing to have worked with. 100% would call them again if we have any further lock issues!

I had just purchased a new home, and being absent minded I ended up locking myself out of my house in the garage, only with my phone. So I called B&B. They promptly got a guy out (I apologize to the technician who I forgot his name) and he was fantastic! Got the door lock released (had to bore out the cylinder but meh new lock on order) also indicated I could use my AAA reimbursement to get the charges back. Solid service!

They were one of a few companies that responded to my request on Yelp and had the best price. Aaron called me when on his way and was very professional and extremely personable. He was able to cut a manual key for my car that didn't exist and had to come back with a fob that would work for my car. He came back after work to try the fob he had and unfortunately it didn't work. He came back again on another day to find a fob that worked. Ultimately he found a fob that worked. I am extremely happy with the service that Aaron provided and highly recommend this company or any of your lock smith needs.
